Kids didn't like that cord was attached to headphones

These headphones are a little expensive but, they're worth the amount that I paid for them.

This was for a gift ,Good product ,highly recommend..

I have had these less than 2 weeks and the wire to the jack is already broke. These cost way too much money to break already. Good sound though.

didnt really like the feel of the item. fit directly on ears, i prefer it over the ears.

These were advertised as being the best headphones you could get besides buying Bose, which are $400+. The only difference between the Beats and the SoundPeats earbuds I got was in the price. SoundPeats saved me $80 and I couldn't tell a difference in sound, noise cancellation or comfortability.

I have had these less then a year. The insert to the phone broke, after about 2 weeks. Once this problem was solved, the microphone stopped working. I sent them in twice to be repaired. the mic was finally fixed, used them for another week or two, and the insert to the phone virtually fell apart upon removing it. I believe they are designed poorly, the cord and insert is the problem. I rang apple again to repair them, as they are still on warranty, they refused and said exterior force had broken them. Well, it takes exterior force to remove them from the phone! Apple told me it would cost 79$ to repair them. So, i will not recommend this product. For most of the past 10 months they have been broken, and with Apple refusing to repair them, they will remain that way. I am extremely disappointed with the product and with the customer service provided by apple.

2 pair bought in the past 2 months, and both pair the plug end broke off for no reason. The only good part is apple has great customer service.

When I purchased the beats, I expected quality headphones. What I got was headphones that favor apple products while I have a Samsung phone. The volume button does not work at all for my phone, but works wonderfully on anything apple. Why would a supposedly quality company pick favorites? Very disappointing as I pay the same but don't get the same use out of it.

My mic never worked and it was too late for me to return it

I purchased two pair of these beats for my 2 sons. The plug broke on one after a couple of months. The other pair stopped working in one ear after a couple of months. So both pair didn’t even last six months.

I owned these headphones for two months, and the jack broke off inside my iPad. THe apple store will charge $250 to fix my iPad, and $60 to fix my headphones. I'm so frustrated. THe jack is plastic wrapped in thin metal. I'd expect more from an apple product.

Purchased on sale in January. Gave as gift for sons birthday in April and they already broke. Not only did they break in just over 2 months of use but the jack part broke inside an ipad and was costly to have removed. DO NOT BUY THESE, VERY CHEAP

This product is cheaply made. Audio jack is connected by plastic which will break at a joint (you can't see it because it has a piece of rubber over it). Apple will not fix and will not honor the warranty. The warranty is useless.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas. Used about a week. Then the tip of the plug broke off in brand new laptop. Now no headphones and the laptop has no sound. Do not buy

Bass heavy and awful sound for the price, much better headphones for less.
