I bought these because I just wanted to carry one earbuds for everyday use for listening to music, making phone calls, and going to the gym. I already own the Powerbeats Pro (for the gym) and the Airpods Pro (for everyday use). I like my powerbeats pro because it stays on my ear when I'm active and I like my airpods pro because it has noise cancellation, doesn't hurt my ears, and I can use it in bed and not worry about breaking it if I fall asleep with them on. I thought these beats fit pro will combine provide the best of both worlds but it didn't. These are the things I don't like: The fins after 30 mins of use hurt my ears, they still kind of fall out and when they do and I have to push them back in and I will accidentally pause my music every time, no volume changing buttons, the case feels very cheap, uses a different cable then my iphone, the mic for phone calls is not crispy clear, music doesn't sound as bright compared to airpods, and I can't lay on the side of my head because it the buds stick out a bit and the button will be pressed. After trying to convince myself to liking them I ended up returning it and kept my powerbeats pro and airpods pro combo.

I exchanged the Airpods Pro 2nd gen for these as they didn't fit very well in my ear. I was expecting a similar sound experience but the airpods are way better, the ANC especially is night and day over these. I thought the beats were broke at first and it took a reset to get some kind of noticeable difference between ANC being on / off. The reset did help though a little and i've enjoyed them more since then. They do fit better than the Airpods, but still wouldn't say they're comfortable. The sound is OK, can be a little quiet for music and podcast. Seems great for voice calls and mic. BT connection is good, hasn't dropped once and it connects really easily to all my apple products which is why I got them, it even switches pretty well between my Macbook and iPhone when I have both by me. If you generally have ears that fit the airpods I would get those over these, if you have issues with the airpods and you're not locked into the apple ecosystem I wouldn't get these either. However, if you want something that works really well with apple and your ears reject the airpods then I'm afraid, like me, you're stuck with these! They're not bad, just not great.

great ear puds as well s customer service when buying. Ear buds never falll out even when riding my pelaton and the people at the Cangoa best buy location were so helpful.

Got these for my gym workout. My iPod pros gave out on one side. Nice sound quality good connectivity. And small not to bulky.

I've had several in-the-ear wireless earbuds, but they all work their way out. When I saw the Beats with the little ear-catch, I thought this might be something that would stay in. After the first time I used this earbud, I knew it was what I needed - they stayed in regardless of what I was doing.

I bought these for my husband, and overall he likes them, but he is frustrated by the buttons on the outside of the headphones. He finds that when he's adjusting the headphones or trying to wear them during a nap (like on a plane) the buttons accidentally get pressed. They are a good value for having spatial audio and working so well with iPhone

It is a good product but they fall out of my daughters ears all the time.
