Worst beats product I’ve every purchased.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been a loyal Beats customer for almost a decade now, so it really sucked having a product so bad I’m looking into other manufactures. The sound quality is good, but everything else about the product is terrible. The charging case is so cheap and flimsy, the pods are constantly having connectivity issues to my products, they make my ears very sore after each use, and every time I take a call with these I’m told that it sounds like I’m talking through a fuzzy tunnel. At this price point just spring for the AirPods Pro.

NOT AS DESCRIBED WINGTIPS ARE USELESS

The headphones are really nice, sound is good, I love the pairing system and that it would start and stop the music if I took the earphones out of my ear. However, these were not as described regarding the wingtips and staying in the ear. The earphones fell out of my ear everyday during my workouts and I tried all of the eartip sizes to see if it will make a difference but it didn’t. For $200 plus I expect earphones that don’t fall out of my ear. For this reason I returned this earphones because I can’t justify spending that much money for something that continually falls out my ear and as a result interrupts my workout. Well looks like I’m back to square one in looking for another set of earphones. I would NOT recommend these earphones especially if your are using them for working out.
