New, but left earbud will not work!

The left earbud also will not hold a charge well when checking the charge on my iPhone. I’ll definitely be sending these back.

Think twice

If you make an adjustment to push the headphones back in your ear you will more than likely pause your music or hang up on whoever you are speaking to. Sound is amazing if you can get them to fit properly. I tried every ear tip and they are not working for me. I plan on returning them.
