    I expected better, due to the price and how comfortable they were, but I was greatly disappointed by the qc on the app/software. They dont work without the app for Android at all. Yet with the app they also only work 30% of the time due to a long list of problems caused by the terrible app.

    Not worth the money. If you leave them in your car during the summer they will not connect. Almost never automatically connects. Worthless in suana. Wish I could return.

    They are really touch sensitive would not recommend buying them unless you want to fiddle with them all the time

    They don’t fit my ears, so they are always slipping out, and after a couple of hours my ears start to hurt

    The sound was awful. Even with the volume turned to max, I could barely hear music, podcasts, etc. Troubleshooting didn't fix the problem. When I looked online, I saw other people had the same problem with this product.

    They don't stay in my ears. The tips hurt. Constantly falling out. I've changed the little rub parts to all sizing. Upset I couldn't get insurance to trade them in like Samsung products now that money-sucking Apple owns Beats. Waste of money.

    Bought these to replace Powerbeats Pro, themselves flawed ear buds that I limped along for 2 years. Beats Fit Pro are not for me. Don't fit. Don't sound good. Don't come on and off easily. If only the Powerbeats Pro hook behind the ear and volume control combined with AirPods Pro amazing sound quality. Beats Fit Pros are neither of these, at least not for me.

    These are terrible! They fall out of my ear every time I move regardless of the rubber ear covering size. These are the worst
