They also don’t stay in the ear easily regardless of the adapter you use. Also, there is a button on the side that if pressed hangs up the phone or stops music. Not a good headphone for traveling or calls.

In addition, when calling, customer service reps. will lie to get people off of the phone and back into a retail store. I'll NEVER BUY FROM BESTBUY AGAIN

Sound quality is poor when talking to someone one the phone. They are very sensitive to touch, while on a call you cannot adjust them to secure them in your ear or else they will disconnect the call. Missed my return date by 3 days. Now I'm stuck with them.

No better than airpods for stayng in ear!

The noise canceling is terrible and the sound is tinny and cheap. They will be returned.

Not a year old and they connect to my phone wherever they want to. Always have problems with connection. Don’t waist your money unless you want it for a year max. Sensed to apple to see what was wrong and they send them back saying that nothing was wrong.

Broke in less than a month and not fixable

He used them only a few times and they broke. We called to have them fixed or replaced and was told since I didn’t purchase the warranty there was nothing I could do. So extremely disappointed. They didn’t last a month. I should’ve been able to at least exchange them. Poor service.

Great until it wasn't..

Until a month and a half in and the left ear bud pretty much just quit working. Best Buy told me the date of exchange (2 wks after purchase) had passed and there was nothing they could do about it and ended the chat. I had hardly even used them.
