these are the best headphones i have had in a while.

They really didnt fit my ear properly no matter what I did. The noise cancelling was far from adequate. Lots of Bass when jammed in your ear which will last about 10 seconds

Products great but they hurt my ears. I can not sleep with these, and after 20 mins my ear canal hurt regardless of the earbuds size selection. They all hurt . I don’t wear for long periods of time

Not for workouts, they fall off your ears easily, I like the noise canceling but still looking for a good pair of headphones that don’t fell off

Great to listen to music buy horrible for phone calls. A lot of these ear buds focus on the person using them quality of sound but ignore what the person on the other end of the call is hearing. In the case of these ear buds, I received so many complaints from the person that I was talking to that the quality of the call was horrible. Needless to say, I returned them a few days later.

Glad they send different tips for different ear sizes. Took a bit to get used to the feeling of having them in my ear. They sounds amazing and the mic works perfect

This product is amazing the sounds quality is great.I would recommend this product to anybody. Going to by three more pair for my children thank you for a great gift

These are good for sound. But the fit isn’t great and the noise cancellation in comparison to the competition is poor. I really wanted to like these but the just didn’t work out.

I absolutely love the sound quality but the fit is awful. They hurt, and ive given them their time and effort. So now im sad.

The fit is less than ideal. I expected these to hold better than AirPods.

[Employee of bestbuy] Just couldn't get them to stay in my ears, no matter which fitting I used. Returned and purchased another pair of Powerbeats Pro.

The new added feature to the fitting of the earbuds took away from the snug fit that the other model gave. Other than that I saw no difference.

I made the mistake of buying this product open box to save like $30, and they broke in less than 90 days. Open box products only come with a 30 day warranty, and I’m not sure how many people buying used will actually pay for buy apple care. These ear buds were MUCH higher quality before apple bought them imo. Whatever you do, do NOT buy this product open box from Best Buy!! Even in “excellent” condition”. I tried to save a few bucks and ended up getting ripped off for $170!!

Sound good. Only last about a year. I have a pile of these that are junk. At 200 a pop it adds up over time

There good headphones but they kept falling out of my ear other than that there good I liked the over the ear beats better than these

They're not what I expected when they were installed, no problem, but then they start to bother you and make your ear uncomfortable. It was a bad decision, and I opted for another brand.

I was disappointed w/these, however they may be great for somebody else. I could never get them to fit right & they always hurt even the small size. If I didn’t try to make a deal w/them they would fall out of my ears.

The sound is great if you are listening to music or whatever.... But hello are you there... No one can hear me clearly no matter what I change about the settings. I returned them.
