It’s okay. The range from earbuds to phone is weak. I was expecting something better. Could have been cheaper for the quality.

I was really disappointed with these earbuds. Not only did they fail to meet my expectations in terms of sound quality, but my left earbud stopped working entirely after just a short period of use. This significantly impacted my overall experience, as I could no longer enjoy stereo sound or even basic functionality. I had hoped for a much more reliable product.

It fits well and stays in place with the ear bud. The bluetooth was great no breaks in connection, it is easy to get set up with samsung phone.

I love these! My AirPods Pro would always fall out of my ears when I’m working out. The fit tips on the beats keep them in. Best bang for your buck.

Honestly they feel like airpods with a beats logo on it, and not in a good way. Expected better

Tried these after trying the Beats Studio buds hoping they would stay on. Again tried all the diff size ear pieces and they still would fall out. They’re too bulky and heavy.

Not what I expected! It didn’t sound as good as the AirPods and not only that but they would not stay in my ears. I just couldn’t spend that much money on a product that just didn’t work for me so I had to return them

I like these, I have small ears so I can't wear them for too long. However, when I am wearing the earbuds, I love the sound they produce.

Couldn’t stay connected to iPhone and was told others couldn’t hear me

These suck big time. Terrible audio, terrible noise cancellation. They do not fit in your ear no matter what size ear plugs you use. Charging is terrible and doesn't hold for more than a few hours. The List goes on. I will never purchase beats in any form ever again.

These were described as “Open Box - Excellent Condition”, they were not even close. They appeared to have been used a LOT then returned to the store in rough shape. There was excessive wear on the case, and the headphones had several dents & scratches on them. Definitely not what I was expecting for “excellent” condition. Overall, it was a big disappointment. Go with a new pair if possible. The distinction between excellent, good and fair is too vague.

Sound quality was ok for the price but definitely not on the same level as Sony or Bose. I could have lived with the sound quality if it weren't that they were the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever had. I've never had an experience where my headphones hurt me but after maybe 20 min of wearing these they were extremely painful for my ears. Everyone's experience with headphones is very unique because everyone has different ears so it may be fine for someone else just not for me. Will be returning these.

Don’t stay in your ear while running around or doing housework

Just bought them today and the left ear but won't finish charging and won't connect via bluetooth. Tried all the reset tips and no luck. Definitely do your homework on these, there are a ton of posts online where people have the same issues, some get it day 1, some get it later. I'll be returning them tomorrow.

My husband is happier with these than he was with Apple products, because they seem to stay in his ears a lot better. Nice guy-gift to give!

Great sound quality! The newer airpods have case tracking since these are also apple made it would be nice if they had it as well.

Didn’t really like how they fit in my ear, despite the “wings” they didn’t really fit right

Good earbuds but still suffering the stereo volume balance bug where one earbud is louder than the other which is the same for the original beats pro.
