I swapped from AirPods Pro 1st gen to these. I honestly cant tell the different other than pressing a button on the earbud.

Honestly the most uncomfortable earbuds. Very sad to say. My son hate then, and I thought he was being dramatic, so I took them. And I agree! There uncomfortable and painful after an hour. Next time staying with Bose or Apple AirPods.

One dead earbud. I tried to get it going for a minute, then I read reviews from other users. Apparently this is a common issue. Packed them up and returned them the next day.

Love these earbuds. Best option if you don’t want the look of AirPods but want all of features that come along with them.

Not worth the price! Ear buds very poor quality for the price and they broke in less than 6 months. Does not work well with android products. Could not even update the earbuds. I will never buy a beats product again!

The sound quality is poor and low volume even on highest setting

I have never used mine because they hurt my ears. I am upset because they would not let me return them even for credit.

Gone through two sets of these headphones in one year either case and headphones not charging or headphones not connecting to each other when in use would not buy them again.

I was lucky that I had an extra case for the earbuds the case doesn't keep the charge it loses over time

Terrible. Out of the box, the left side didn't work, but it's past the return internal (item was a gift that was opened > 14 days later) so we have to attempt warranty support.

I will never get this headphones again. Keep coming out when I’m working out. I was so mad using this headphones I give it to my girl

The headphone doesn’t stay on my ear and the sounds isn’t the best in phone calls.

They don’t feel secure in my ear all the time I’ve changed the piece to go in my ear no help I don’t recommend them

The microphone on both side is not working right. Other situations is I can't return on best buy or Apple store. On Apple just received to send to they fixed that's the warranty that I pay. And i wanna my money back.

I like the ones from bose better. These didn't feel right in the ear.

Buffering sound that would not go away. Would not recommend to anyone. Returned this item. Also did stay in ear.

Bought these for my wife to replace a pair of JBLs that kept losing connection. She loves these Beats pros more

My son loved his old beats over the ear ones but since they’re older now and discontinued he’s trying these.

This review is not for the quality of the item its for staff who work that day. Bought this one before xmass and I didn’t know that was on sale in their website, i bought this item in best buy milpitas McCarthy. The guy didn’t told me about the prize on sale in their website to match the price. I was disappointed when i found out this item was on sale.

Terrible product. Had to exchange Bose for these as Bose model was no longer available. Noise and static. Now one is lost due to accident and the locator app only locates when both in same place. Bose products much better. Replacing with Bose.
