Great sound quality, phone usage could be better , folks seem to have an issue hearing me at times

The noise canceling is pretty nifty, but also the feature to hear people when there talking is also a plus. I wish they would get louder then what they do, but overall i give them a solid 4/5.

They generally hold snug in your ear, even jumping around. Sound quality is good.

Sound is excellent. I run a lot and they never feel like they will fall out. For some reason Siri hears me just fine but when I talk on the phone people can’t. I can’t seem to figure it out.

This is my second pair of the beats and my daughter is on her seco d pair of them also. We both love them. The quality and fit are great

I've been waiting for something like this with the ear tips that fit in my ear without falling out, especially when you're working out. It has decent bass and sound and good for talking

These earbuds are amazing! Before these I had the AirPods Pro and I loved them the only issue was that if I was walking while wearing them they would start slipping out of my ear, so when they stopped working I decided to try these and I’m so glad I did. The quality is just as great as my AirPods were and they never slip out of my ears.

Love the integration with tbe iphone + the no fall out wing design. Only thing I can say I wish it had was a longer battery life otherwise they sound good not audiophile good but livable daily use good !!

Great noise canceling and excellent sound. However, the volume levels are not adequate in my opinion. I’m not hard of hearing by any means and anything below mid volume and forget it, it’s too low. Quarter volume and nothing….returned and went back to Apple Pros. I have to say the volume seems a little low for the pros as well compared to my last set which were awesome. I would hate it for anyone with hearing issues. I’m sure some idiot somewhere blamed the volume levels on hearing loss and started a lawsuit, now we all suffer…no common sense!

I loved eveything about these beats. The sound is amazing and crisp, really appreciate how good the bass is! These make the work day go by super fast! Highly recommend!

The only reason they missed the five star mark is they could be a bit louder. Great sound and great fit, even during physical activity.

I have AirPods Pro and they keep on falling. My dad had some of these and I tried them and had to get my own. Great sound and they don’t fall out.

Nice, great for running I also own AirPod pro2 AirPod pro2 has edge on sound quality but it falls off the ear easily Beats has edge on not falling off when running

Decent noise cancellation, decent sound. Stays in [my] ears better than other Apple earbuds. Long usage in my ears can tend to become irritating because of the "hook". Obviously fits seamlessly into the Apple ecosystem.
