I have hung up on a few people, so I know I need to get used to them. My only draw back is my daughter says when I talk to her on them, the background noise is too loud for her. So I am guessing there must be a setting I need her to help me with.

My only complaint is the wing ripped that goes in the ear. It’s not replaceable so have to buy a new ear bud.

It makes precise and quality sounds and is not in the least bit uncomfortable. Excellent noise-canceling features. Only wish I could adjust the volume via the earbud touch controls, but the lack of this feature seems common amongst other brands as well.

Sometimes the caller on the other side was not able to hear me.

I was looking for replacement earbuds and other products didnt have the right color for me. These Beats buds are perfect. Design is very unique, but in the best ways. Sound quality is spot on what i was looking for.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they tend to fall off when I’m working out, not sure is once I’m sweating they lose grip. Otherwise good earbuds.

They are however super sensitive to the touch. They also glitch a lot, ill pause and un pause but then my phone glitches and wont play audio. Happens to my boyfriend and his set as well.
