Battery not charging on case after 3 months

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my third pair of Beats Fit Pro and unfortunately although purchasing them on August the 29th, I now within 3 months have to send them off because the case itself does not hold it's charge for even the day. if I have 100%on both earbuds and case by the end of the day without use both are dead.

Swap it with the memory foam works well !! The other thing is I feel and experienced is the buttons on the buds are easily Prone accidental selection……… for instance wearing a beanie hat or bandanna……Beats need to do a little revamping on this ……I’ll wait to see what

My second pair has worked for a few weeks, so I suppose it’s just up to luck.

She says she would like them to stay in her ear. Apparently they fall out and they hurt her ears. And when they do not hurt, they are still uncomfortable. But overall good performance. Potentially, a her problem. She had a problem with connecting them to her laptop. And she would not recommend to people without the ears to have them. Apparently, it hurts too much.

Outstanding Sound with Spatial Audio
