I Purchased these for my wife she didn’t like the fit of them and used them one time. After sitting for about 6 months I decided to use them and one of the earbuds had already stopped working I did like some of the functions of these but that is just crazy for paying $200 safe to say I’ll never buy a beats product again and and Best Buy would not offer a refund they said I would have to go to the store I purchased them from and ask for a manager special or something.

The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.
