Not what I was expecting

Going to return them tomorrow.

The sound is amazing but was surprised to see they changed the apple charging cable to a USB-C, which means i have to buy a power adapter. Also when placing them in the ear it is impossible to avoid pressing the beats button.

Good item - with flaws

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.product works well, but sadly the design isnt as good as it could be. the expanded wings for ears can break easily as it it my case. then with purchased apple care you'll need to go to an apple store NOT a best buy store and take care of the problem there. I contacted best buy since i purchased at the store they made an appointment for me, just to turn around and tell me that i needed to go to an apple store instead. a complete waste of my time. so be careful when buying beats or apple products along with warranty.

I was skeptical because my last set of PowerBeats Pro were awesome and I liked the ear loop. But these don’t slip when working out and the noise cancellation works well.

Not a good value

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise cancelling is ok and they sound fine but the issue was the comfortability for me. The wingtip was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve used other headphones with softer wingtips and they’ve been totally fine but the Beats Fit ones were painful. Another issue I had was my phone wasn’t recognizing the headphones were connected to it (even though they were still playing music) so when I tried to turn on Noise Cancelling it said something along the lines of “insert both beats fit buds to activate noise cancelling”. Also, when this was happening I wasn’t able to control music from the headphones (pause, skip, etc). The ear detecting sensors also were not working during this issue. Maybe I got a bad pair but I think I’ll just go back to my Beats Studio buds, much more comfortable and sound the same.
