Not Happy with purchase

They replaced everything. Got the replacements in the mail. Now the right one is not working. I am currently still waiting on the right earpiece to get to me 3 weeks after purchase. They ensured me it was not anything I’m doing wrong, so it has to be the product. Trash should have stuck to my AirPods.

Not for tiny ears

However after a while of wearing them they start hurting my ears. Really wished they had different sizes of the part that hooks into your ears.

The only con I would give it is that the noise cancellation feature doesn't cancel out all of the sounds around you. That's why I gave the beats 4 stars.

Could Be Better

But for the last 6 months they often times won't stay connected to my phone for longer than 10 seconds. I've tried unparing and re-paring them MULTIPLE times. It's to the point now that I think I'm going to purchase another brand.
