Despite fully charging the case, I’ve been unable to connect or use the left earbud at all (iphone). I’ve followed all instructions, reset and re-paired the device, but the issue persists.

Beats Ear Pods failed right out of the box.

The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.
