Came broken. Waste of time

You’re better off ordering from Beats store on Amazon. I did that, got it the next day and they worked right away! Unlike the ones from bestbuy.

Great sound, preferred over AirPods pro

AirPods just wouldnt stay in, kept constantly falling out. That little hook end of these beats was the solution. Sound is what we’ve come to expect from apple/beats since we know they are basically the same company. Has the same features of the AirPods too. Good buy for us.

Bummed at earbud Beats

They are big and not good for those with small ear holes or if you want to block out noise. I could hear wind blowing, voices, etc when I wore them outside. Inside in a quiet room they are fabulous though!!!! Also I have the headphones and they are amazing by Beats. So get those instead.

After one day of use the case became loose, seems cheaply made. The earphones are good but I'm very disappointed as I expect everything at the price I paid to be excellent and this was not the case
