The sound was grate thought just wished they lasted longer.

They are great sounding but hurt my ears because they are way too big. Which sucks because im stuck with them... also wish they didn't go into sleep mode and turn off on their own.

I am so disappointed w/ these earbuds; I loved my first pair which I purchased about 2.75 years ago and paid twice $98 each time to Apple to fix the arm for each of them as they tend to break right at the middle where the rubber secures it to the ear canal - Total cost of ownership by then approx. $400. Unfortunately, I lost them. I liked them them so much and considered these to be essential equipment when I work at the office as these were excellent at blocking any and all sound around me, allowing me to concentrate with the I tasks at hand, so I purchased a second pair replacement, but the sound masking did not work at all this time it seemed as though they were always on “transparent” mode instead - partially filtering sound. I exchanged them with the third pair …and here comes my disappointment. They are no longer manufactured as advertised. In other words, the best you can get from these in sound blocking is transparency, not full sound masking. I would love Apple beats to reach me directly to discuss how to proceed on this product in point me to a product that will meet the standards that I need for work.
