    Great sound BUT battery life sucks. The best I get is only six hours. My old beats battery lasted 9-10 hrs a day. I use them all day at work but they don’t work ALL day. 9:00AM - 2:00 is maximum battery life.

    Load popping and cracking in the right bub. Hurts. I've turned them into Apple Care last month and they couldn't find the problem. They will be going back again. My Power Beats nor my gaming headset do not do this, so its not the phone. I've affectionately renamed them Ear Crackers in my Beats app. The sound quality is much better on these than the Power Beats. That's why I haven't tossed them in the trash.. well that and the $200 they cost.

    I made the mistake of buying this product open box to save like $30, and they broke in less than 90 days. Open box products only come with a 30 day warranty, and I’m not sure how many people buying used will actually pay for buy apple care. These ear buds were MUCH higher quality before apple bought them imo. Whatever you do, do NOT buy this product open box from Best Buy!! Even in “excellent” condition”. I tried to save a few bucks and ended up getting ripped off for $170!!

    Loved them while they lasted. The top piece of my Left earbud came off. I have to Krazy Glue it back on or replace them. They lasted two years of sporadic wear.
