Never buying another apple audio product again.

Will not properly connect

Ran through ALL tge troubleshooting steps on both pairs. Earbuds were fully charged. Reset my iphone. Then i came across a reddit post where lots of people also have this same issue. It is really disappointing how apple has done nothing to improve the beats line. Mind you I REALLY wanted these to work as i find the airpods wildly uncomfortable.

Returning this second pair and likely won’t be trying again. There’s a lot of reports of the same issue on Reddit and forums. Case is best described as flimsy, fragile, and slippery. Not at all near the quality you’d expect from Apple.

Good sound quality, but no EQ on android

Apple can do better than that.

Great sound but terrible fit

BUT… I ended up returning these after one day because the ear tips hurt so much. I couldn’t keep them in for more than 5 mins without my ears aching. Overall, they’re good but only if you have the proper ears to fit it
