The quality of sound was not that good. Plus they dont have more ear plug attachments to change and so they kept falling out my ear.

These headphones will work for a while but after they will randomly disconnect from your phone and it takes forever to get them connected again! I’ve had these headphones for only a year! Taking them to Apple will be a complete waste of time because they will have to keep them. Needless to say I will never purchase beats again!

This product is not what I expected, the quality of calls and people complain of static and noise. Not meant to use with cell phone callseven though it’s a capable pro version

Function wise, very good ear buds. However, they are not comfortable at all.

These were uncomfortable in my ears. I tried different tips but they didn’t feel right. They also cut out during phone calls and music playback.

I like simple reviews for people who use their headphones for basic tasks like listening to music and for phone calls. Do yourself a favor, no matter how cool you think these are, and do not buy them. I wanted not to love my Apple buds but these just don’t compare. They are temperamental and far too much trouble for their worth.

Very awkward, rubs sores in the ear because of the way the hook is. Sounds good, but can't wear for long.

Tried all of the ear tips what in the box, but it keep saying that it’s not fitting correctly. Sound is okay. But for $200 price range, not worth. For better fit, vista 2 would be better.

Noise canceling does not work well. I can still hear a lot of background noise which is annoying. Not impressed at all. The Apple AirPods work and sound better. Totally disappointed.

They have stopped working twice since I bought them, less than a year ago. Apple won't replace them or let me return them, so I'm stuck without them for a week at a time while Apple "fixes" them, only for them to stop working a couple weeks later. I wouldn't waste your money on these. If I had known they were an Apple product, I would've never bought them. I never had issues with my first pair of Beats.

Good overall, but stop suddenly at times. Sometimes they start up again after a short time, but sometimes they just stop and don’t start back up.

I will never going to buy beats headphone again. That was my biggest mistake. Beats I wish they pay my money back. I wish beats they will refund customers money. I talk to three of my other friend. They are also regretting after use the headphone. after you were this you can’t keep it more than 20 minute start having pain on your ear and My ear is bleeding because this headphone is so uncomfortable.

The audio quality isn’t bad by any means but the noise canceling is extremely subpar for the price and the charging case is a joke. I’d go with the AirPod Pros over these.

Not a fan of the way they feel in my ear, but I think it depends on a person’s ear shape. I returned them because they continued to fall out of my ear.

Consider this one in general on par or better than Apple’s AirPods Pro! Same: - H1 chip for easy pairing with the phone, automatic switching between sources, “find my” support to locate the set if lost Better: - Battery life - Sound (more bass but same excellent mids & heights) - ANC (even) further improved ! - Fit: they stay in the ear no matter what! Slightly worse: - Mic not as good as AirPods Pro (marginal difference, still good enough) Summary: A very welcome and nice improvement compared to Apple’s own AirPods Pro. It can be assumed that the new AirPods Pro Gen-2 next year in 2022 will set a new standard, but the Beats Fit Pro currently represent excellent value for a slightly lower price than the AirPods Pro.

Not worth the money. Doesn’t hold battery charge. Wasted $200.
