Plugged them in and apparently not even the case charged. Don’t want to say extend the return window to allow actual use of the product, but it’s Best Buy, what did you expect?

Out of the box, the left side didn't work, but it's past the return internal (item was a gift that was opened > 14 days later) so we have to attempt warranty support.

My son hate then, and I thought he was being dramatic, so I took them. And I agree! There uncomfortable and painful after an hour. Next time staying with Bose or Apple AirPods.
