Even with the volume turned to max, I could barely hear music, podcasts, etc. Troubleshooting didn't fix the problem. When I looked online, I saw other people had the same problem with this product.

Horrible fit

I've changed the little rub parts to all sizing. Upset I couldn't get insurance to trade them in like Samsung products now that money-sucking Apple owns Beats. Waste of money.

Beat Fit Pro not for me

Beats Fit Pro are not for me. Don't fit. Don't sound good. Don't come on and off easily. If only the Powerbeats Pro hook behind the ear and volume control combined with AirPods Pro amazing sound quality. Beats Fit Pros are neither of these, at least not for me.

They also don’t stay in the ear easily regardless of the adapter you use. Also, there is a button on the side that if pressed hangs up the phone or stops music. Not a good headphone for traveling or calls.
