These, just like AirPod Pros don't last. These actually got purchased on 12/7/23, Given to my son on 12/25/23 as Christmas gift. Lasted about 4 months. Right one has crackling sound. Tried to work with Apple on 5/15/24, they don't seem to know how long the warranty is. Apple care site says 1 year, but no help from them. Never been wet, just worked out in. I'd go with Soundcore X10. they actually last and actually sound better

These are great earbuds. The only issue is that I have a hard time keeping them in my ear as well

Glad of the return policy. At least for me, these were very uncomfortable to wear. Ears started hurting about 10 minutes after putting them on and never let up. It just uncomfortable that I would get used too, but actual pain. Definitely a different fit and feel vs earbuds without the beats wings.

I really wanted to like these, but the fit just wasn't good for me. They were a bit painful and I tried all ear tips. Great sound, but wish they were more comfortable. Will be returning and sticking to my Powerbeats Pro with the ear hooks

The one earpod sounded great! The other that would pair and short circuit the charging box and make my phone forget I just paired them to it, not so much. Immediately returned because if their QC isn't good enough to verify they'd work out of the box, I doubt they will work a year or two down the road.

Not good for extended use. If you use these for the gym, fantastic. I loved these for short use, 2/3 hours max. Beyond that they really hurt your ears. I use ear buds for extended hours during the day, every day, and these are not conducive for that.

These sound great. I wish I had purchased these earlier. Blown away by how much better they sound than my headphones. Def was skeptical about the price but have absolutely no regrets now.

The charger isn’t the typical USB that I use for all my other electronics. I can only charge them in my car

The music sounds amazing but the phone audio sucks. No one can hear me speak. They say I sound like I’m under water or far away. I tried to exchange them, but Best Buy wouldnt do the exchange because its been over 15 days. Yes, a 15 day return policy. Im highly upset because i can only use these 170.00 earbuds as headphones for music.

I wanted these so bad after my old power beats with the wire finally gave out so i got them and was very underwhelmed. For $200 i had really high expectations but the sound doesn't sound half as good as the power beats or even airpods. I like to go on long runs and these were super uncomfortable because of the wing. The small case is nice and the size is great but I just didn't like the way these sounded at all. I returned them and got the power beats pro instead, they are cheaper and sound so much better.

I bought a set of this and they were broken out of the box. The left earbud would not connect and BB took the product back and said they refunded my money. They did not and i am out the money i paid fir these. Worst expreience ever.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY FOR IPHONE doesnt work properly and only 1 headset will connect. For any one running IOS18 dont waste your time or money or youll be just like me returning a pair after only having them for 1 hour

Product disconnects frequently. The charging cable is usb-c on both ends. You need a special power brick or a computer with usb-c to charge.
