Noise cancellation feature is not up to par in my personal opinion. Airpod pro is better.

Could not get a secure fit. Kept falling out during work outs.

The controls were way too sensitive for me so accidental media controls were frequent. The case and earhones felt very cheap and fragile.

I bought theses for the gym but they don’t fit in my ear right and constantly fall out my ear

For me. These ended up hurting my ears but they did keep the earbuds in the ears, I personally couldn’t stand the pain after using them for 2 hours at the gym. They may work great but not for me.

The earbuds battery doesn't fully charge and unlike airpods which apple replaces at the genius bar, they send these to a service center. Apple verified the problem in the store but had to send them in for "repair". I wasn't informed that was the workflow for beats products by chat support - could have skipped the 1 drive to the store and 45 minute wait for my 15 minute appointment. Service center sent them back without repairing, claiming they couldn't reproduce the problem. Came back with the case 100% charged and the earbuds at 90%, exactly like the repair complaint said.

They rip no matter how careful you are with them. They not able get repair. The price not worth it. They rip right away! They didn’t last me ! My apple earbuds last longer and still going strong with no issues. Not worth the price ! Don’t waste your money!

The sound proofing is amazing, and works even when you’re not listening to anything. But the part with the battery is much too big for my ears, which makes the wingtips not fit. They leave my ears bruised and sore. I do not have small ears, these were just too big to be comfortable.

The right earbud does not work. The case detects whenever it has been removed but it will not play anything. Only the left earbud will. I will be returning the air buds and may be trying again but right out of the package. It is a really bad look whenever your product does not whenever its brand new and considering these are supposed to be high quality its extremly disappointing.

These are probsbly one of the most PAINFUL ear budd ive ever used.. anything over 20 minutes causee so much pain to the cartilidge. Not to mention i talk to my boyfriend alot on the phone and he cant talk to me to long because the backround noise that gets picked up from these earbuds is so blaringly loud it hurts his ears after a while to even talk to me if im not in a quiet room. For the price point these are not worth it at all. I would get different ones if i didnt already spend this money

I love the color choices available for these pro fit beats but that's all I can say that I love... the charge is less than the previous beats and the Bluetooth connection get shotty when walking to far from the phone. My original beats would stay connected when i walked 6 feet away.

I purchased these a few weeks ago. They are quality earbuds, but for some reason my case alone will not recharge my buds. The only way mine will recharge is from my wall charger.

Beats are Junk - worse device I have ever purchased. Won't charge, won't connect, cannot upgrade firmware, Apple will not support. Suggest you buy another brand.

Dont buy these, so many defects do a quick search and you will see many dont have a working left earbud forcing you to return and try again. Such a bad product, cant believe apple would put this out in the world. The first headphone I have ever purchased that didnt work.

I like the Beat product line. I own a pair of Studio line. And they sound great. The fit pro was a bit more so i assumed they would sound better. Unfortunately they did not.

They look nice and sound fine. The sound quality itself is not good enough to justify the price. They do not fit very well and fall out just as much as any other ear bud. The app for android is extremely glitchy and is more for marketing than a tool for your device. Very disappointed in these

The sound quality was a joke. I can't believe they charge $200 for this. It’s a complete rip-off.

I have had to take them in to get one of the ear wings fixed It took them 3 weeks to get back to me. The week after I got them back the other earring failed.

The beats are great!! But the service in odessa texas sucked!! Extremely disappointed trash service!!
