I bought these 2 years ago. They worked really well at first. But for the last 6 months they often times won't stay connected to my phone for longer than 10 seconds. I've tried unparing and re-paring them MULTIPLE times. It's to the point now that I think I'm going to purchase another brand.

Everything is great about these ear buds except for the fact they make my ears sore. I really Really hate to send these back but I have to. Besides them making my ears sore I’d give them a 9 out of 10.

I returned them. I love the idea of the H1 chip to seamlessly switch between devices and the sounded pretty good, but unfortunately they were uncomfortable after only a couple hours.

I really liked these earbuds but I have smaller ears than I imagined and they just were too big and made it uncomfortable to wear. I am going to try Apple Airpod Pros next to see if those are smaller and more comfortable.

This product is excellent for doing outdoor activities or for working out. The noise cancelation works really well as well as the transparency mode.

Got this for our son after he lost his solo beats... he loves these...

I got this ones at Best Buy and so far their been great,been trying other earbuds and this ones are the only ones that stay at my ear even when I’m at the gym

Good earbuds but it takes some time to get used to how they fit in your ears. Great audio quality

They are okay. I was told these are compared to apple pro. Noise cancellation not even close. They feel cheaper quality.

Great headphones for workout. It syncs well with apple devices, and has all the features that AirPods Pro has so deserves a 5 star rating.

Better than my AirPod pros 100%. Battery life, sound quality and capability. Buy these over Apple AirPod pros.

I’m kinda disappointed! I wanted to be in love w/ these. But I have tried every size of the earbuds and they don’t fit my ears. This is totally my problem, not the product itself. I love them they just keep falling out. :-(

Sound quality is excellent, but after about 3.5 hours of use, my ears were very sound.

The noise canceling was great BUT these beats would not stay in my ear and kept falling out. Eventually my ear started to hurt because I had to keep adjusting them and couldn’t really enjoy my music so I had to get a refund.
