Bought them as a gift for Christmas. The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.

Bought these for my little cousin as a Christmas gift and she loves them! They are super stylish and get the job done for her on the go listening and streaming. Excellent set.

I bought these headphones 1/24. I only used them a few times and stored them. When I decided to use them again recently I realised that the right ear stopped working completely. All warranties have run out and now these are junk. This is very disapointing seeing how I was only able to use them a few times. Its not like it was constant use they literally have been sitting in their case all this time. If you spend $180 on headphones they should work longer than 2 years without any use. When I reached out to Apple it will cost $200 to fix. Thats more than I paid for them. I shop at Best Buy a lot but this has soured my experience. Don't buy these.

The headphones are great but the case is a little big and flimsy. i also don't like the fact that the case can not charge wirelessly. My issue is more with the case rather than the actual earbuds.

Fit perfectly and stay in ! Great sound was expected but the fit is always tough . These are great .

These work prettY good, haven’t used them long enough to know if they are better than other brands I’ve had!

My husband uses these for the gym and mowing the yard. He loves them and will be buying more when these ones die.

Great earbuds i love that it feels like it locks in my ear. Also the interchangeable ear pieces are a huge plus over the AirPods Pro.

Work great just wish you could adjust the more settings like sensitivity of touching them… sometimes my hair touches them and turns them off it’s kind of annoying

This product is good for its price if you're looking for an AirPods Pro alternative. I had to return it because I like the AirPods Pro only because it has better NC. Other than that, it's really good for the price

Buying these in store went smoothly. The Best Buy rep was friendly and helpful. Headphones have been giving me trouble. Have trouble connecting them to my phone.

I previously had the airpords pros, but those would not stay in my ears during exercise. These stay in perfect during exercise and sound almost as good as the airport pros.

Great idea but difficult fit for me, sometimes ear pieces come loose when it shouldn’t. But I kept them so not that bad worth a try.

Loved the color and quality. The only thing that i am skeptical about is the way it’s in my ears.

It’s a good product however it’s sensitive when touched. I have had plenty of hung up calls, video stopping just to try to fix it in my ear.

Solid but there’s better quality earbuds out there

I like how they sound and how they fit as well. Worth the price tag! The purple color is cute too.

Didn’t work! Wouldnt pair to my bluetooth despite multiple tries and turning off my phone. You’re better off ordering from Beats store on Amazon. I did that, got it the next day and they worked right away! Unlike the ones from bestbuy.
