    The sound was great. The build quality seemed great. They really hurt my ears when I wore them for more than a few minutes. Something about the shape or pressure of the in ear pieces really bothered me.

    Zero rating, I bought brand new item , box is in grey and pods are black. When I ask them how did they swapped , the store took my phone without telling me the reason why, went to Bluetooth settings , tried to connect the pods to check if I replaced the items and tried to blame me. Finally, when none of the items connected, they agreed to return. After this insult , it’s a permanent good bye to Best Buy. I don’t think that guy can dare to take any American woman’s phone without telling the reason or asking permission.

    So I bought these because I loved the other wireless ones that go around your ear, but I am disappointed that they do not last as long as they advertise. No matter if i haven’t talked or listened to music they die after 5 hours or less, so you have to take them out your ear and keep in the case. Also the charging case has to be charged almost every other day. They do not measure up to the last beats pro that came out.
