    The sound and noise cancelation was beautiful but the ear bud itself hurts the ear canal badly and makes it terribly sore after about 30 minutes.

    I like everything about these except the don't fit snug in my ears. I had to return for that reason only.

    None of the silicon pieces fit right in either ear. The fit was very loose and I couldn’t get then to stay in either ear. I’ll stick with my other ones for now. The noise cancellation was pretty decent, battery was ok with the ANC on.

    I bought these headphones 1/24. I only used them a few times and stored them. When I decided to use them again recently I realised that the right ear stopped working completely. All warranties have run out and now these are junk. This is very disapointing seeing how I was only able to use them a few times. Its not like it was constant use they literally have been sitting in their case all this time. If you spend $180 on headphones they should work longer than 2 years without any use. When I reached out to Apple it will cost $200 to fix. Thats more than I paid for them. I shop at Best Buy a lot but this has soured my experience. Don't buy these.
