    Love them but keeps falling out my ears. Maybe it’s just buds but other than that sound is incredible.

    These sound great. The noise canceling works well however they come with 3 ear bud cushions and all 3 hurt my ear and fall out at random moments. They only last a few hours based on your mode of listening in either NC or ambient sound. The left ear intermediately goes in and out. I expected more quality of a Beats product. I will be returning these.

    excellent quality and sound, just ear gets sore after 3 or 4 hours. Great that use can use on or the other

  • Great Sound, But Terrible Connection Issues

    These earbuds are good when they wanna work. Worked great for about six months but then I started having extremely bad connection issues with one ear bud disconnecting after around 30 seconds to a minute. I’ve tried resetting them multiple times but the problem persists. I had them serviced by apple thru Best Buy which didn’t fix this issue. Overall I can’t really recommend these earbuds.

    Love them!! 2nd time I’m purchasing them. Would just like a wider selection on both ear cushion sizes. The ones for inside the ear and would be great if the ones for outside the ear was interchangeable as well.
