Bought them as a gift for Christmas. The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.

I truly love these better than the AirPods! That is my opinion. I have used both before but I do have the AirPods Max Headphones as well and I love those too!

This is one of the worst product that I've bought as the communication has been dropping intermittently. People are having trouble hearing a full word because of the lapses.

Very good quality spatial audio is a plus the only in ear headphones to ever fit properly in my ear

My I-Phone ear buds are awesome only thing is having to send th into be repaired kind of a pain!

Overall good product Case is fairly flimsy and feels cheap Slight connectivity issues

Have to say this has been working like a champ with the occasional issues when making calls or face time but thinking this is a mobile connection problem.

Not as good as the Jabra Elite 7 Actives I used in the past. Frequent connection issues, bad mic sound quality on zoom calls that amplifies all the outside sounds and makes it difficult to understand you, ANC is only partially effective.

I love it!!!! I buy it for my birthday as birthday gift, and was the best choice the case fix perfect on my packets

I like just don’t love it. It doesn’t stay in ear. Falls out easily. Not ideal for working out with.

Excellent quality audio. A little bass heavy, but I like it that way.

Great headphones as always with Beats. These though don’t have an earbud piece that is small enough to give me proper fit.
