Didn't work well with my phone. Gave them to friend, he loves them. I can actually hear him.

I was really disappointed with these earbuds. Not only did they fail to meet my expectations in terms of sound quality, but my left earbud stopped working entirely after just a short period of use. This significantly impacted my overall experience, as I could no longer enjoy stereo sound or even basic functionality. I had hoped for a much more reliable product.

Love these. They are a perfect fit! They stay in and don’t feel like they are gonna fall out. Definitely would recommend them.

Best in ear headphones I have ever owned. Sound quality is great. Eat fitment is superb and overall sound quality is amazing

These were described as “Open Box - Excellent Condition”, they were not even close. They appeared to have been used a LOT then returned to the store in rough shape. There was excessive wear on the case, and the headphones had several dents & scratches on them. Definitely not what I was expecting for “excellent” condition. Overall, it was a big disappointment. Go with a new pair if possible. The distinction between excellent, good and fair is too vague.

Bought these for my daughter. They stay in ears better than Apple version and they can be tracked just like Apple items

These earbuds are not comfortable no matter which size ear cushions are used. And I can’t use them for working out, heck, I can’t hardly use them just walking around because they will fall out of ear. If I am sitting at my desk they won’t fall out but then they start to hurt my ear.

After a while, they feel uncomfortable in the ear, battery is not long lasting and quality is ok... Honestly, I was expecting more from my first beats

I bought these for sleep at night. They didn't hold a charge very long. Maybe I just got a defective pair. The are not as comfortable as my old bose pair.

Second pair of beats. Im learning that frequent usage causes the headphones to lose battery quality. I use my headphones very frequently and i have had them less than a year. The battery only last for less than 20 mins. Same thing that happened to my other beats.

Could not get them to work when I placed them in my ear. The first pair wouldn’t connect then only one of them would connect with the second pair. I ended up returning them. So disappointed.

The sound is nice, expected Beats quality. However, I cannot get the buds to stay in my ear and I've tried all the 3 sizes provided.

I really tried. I'm a die hard Apple fan and really wanted to like these. They were uncomfortable and I couldn't get the right fit. Returned after a few weeks.

Great noise canceling and able to wearing for long periods of time without worrying about them falling out of ear.

For the price,sound is not that great. I had ear buds in the past (cheaper)with better sound quality ! Battery life is not good (IMO).

A little bit uncomfortable where the ear piece is supposed to wrap in the inside of your lobe. Decent music quality. Starts to hurt if in your ear for too long.

Not a huge fan of the sound quality for the price. They also start hurting my ear when locked in.

one side keeps falling out all the time, and compared to all the other beat headphones I own, I would say these are the worst.

Defective left would not connect to Bluetooth had to return and get different brand.

As good as the powerbeats but without the hook if you have problems with it. Would reccomend giving them a try
