Had to exchange Bose for these as Bose model was no longer available. Noise and static. Now one is lost due to accident and the locator app only locates when both in same place. Bose products much better. Replacing with Bose.

Disappointed

I wanted the freedom of not having a full headset. Because of the reviews and the Bose name I purchased them. Mistake!!! They consistently fall out of my ears and they have a loud clicking noise in the left pod. I kept the pods to give them a chance but now I’m sorry I can’t return them. Waste of money.

Waste of money

Also, when being used for phone calls, the person on the other end of the call don’t hear you properly. All these were discovered within the first week of being used.

I own the studio wireless and they are awesome. I was so disappointed in the quality of these earbuds and apple care. Apple care is a joke they wouldn't exchange them. Maybe this is something bestbuy should have stated when purchased.

Awful noise canceling

The noise canceling properties, for these are awful and serve no purpose when trying to work in an office environment. The music quality is worse than comparable Apple products and the battery life is also not great.

They dont work without the app for Android at all. Yet with the app they also only work 30% of the time due to a long list of problems caused by the terrible app.
