I have bought and returned this product only to have the second pair have major issues after 3 months. Half of the time on of the buds will not work and I have to reset them. Once I reset them it takes days before I am able to pair them again. This sucks when I am getting on a flight only to not be able to use my headphones or when I get to the gym. 100% disappointed with the quality.

Charging issues but amazing when they worked

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned 4 pairs of beats now 3 being wireless earbuds and have had charging issues with the left earbud on my power beats pro and now my beats fit pro the left earbud wont charge unless the headphones are fully dead and in my experience when you go to get them fixed with applecare they send you a pair of refurbished or used ones so its more ideal to either send it back for a refund or buy a new pair with no applecare and its rather disappointing because i loved all my headphones and take really good care of my stuff so fair warning in advance

I must have odd shaped ears because up until now I have had a very hard time finding an in-ear bud that stays im my ear, including Apple pods and pods pro. These stay in even when i am active. The bass might be a little heavy for some, but i think they have a very balanced tone with great separation.
