Great bass

They're snug for a couple minutes then get loose which affects the bass quality. Constantly having to readjust them, even when just sitting down. The bass is awesome of course. 4.7 out of 5 The app is somewhat basic and straight forward. I use them 3-4 hours a day and only have to charge them every other other day.

They are not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Ear started hurting because of the wingtip. They are not as loud and sound quality could be enhanced. Decent earphones but not worth $200. Only thing I liked about them is that they would not fall out of my ears.

He really likes the feature of the noise cancellation. He likes how they automatically switch to noise cancellation as well when he is in a loud environment. Also likes that the charge holds for a good while and doesn’t have to charge them as often as other headphones he has owned. Also likes that they are small and convenient for carrying.

A common manufacturer defect?

Even after the case and earbuds were fully charged and Beats app installed and updated. The app would show that it was charged but only the right earbud was able to connect to Bluetooth. Took them in to Geek Squad where they gave me a new replacement. Took it home to set it up again only to find out this pair had the same defect. I ended up returning it for a refund.
