Great Sound, But Terrible Connection Issues

Worked great for about six months but then I started having extremely bad connection issues with one ear bud disconnecting after around 30 seconds to a minute. I’ve tried resetting them multiple times but the problem persists. I had them serviced by apple thru Best Buy which didn’t fix this issue. Overall I can’t really recommend these earbuds.

Benefits of Apple tech and ear tip flexibility

The thing I didn't expect is that the ear tips connector is not Apple proprietary like with Air Pods Pro -- you can choose from a wide selection of third-party ear tips and they fit just right on these ear buds.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.its "ok", if you buy this, it would behoove one to just buy the refurb at the lower pricepoint, the bass not as punchy as AirPods. But again, if you are good with buying the refurb, then why not just buy the AirPods? they are what you want, as you will be disappointed. However, if you have never heard Airpods, then you dont know what you are missing so just buy these as refurb.

NOT AS DESCRIBED WINGTIPS ARE USELESS

The headphones are really nice, sound is good, I love the pairing system and that it would start and stop the music if I took the earphones out of my ear. However, these were not as described regarding the wingtips and staying in the ear. The earphones fell out of my ear everyday during my workouts and I tried all of the eartip sizes to see if it will make a difference but it didn’t. For $200 plus I expect earphones that don’t fall out of my ear. For this reason I returned this earphones because I can’t justify spending that much money for something that continually falls out my ear and as a result interrupts my workout. Well looks like I’m back to square one in looking for another set of earphones. I would NOT recommend these earphones especially if your are using them for working out.
