Amazing product and I’m a hardcore music listener.

Good fit in the ear and great sound quality. Had to exchange because connection was bad with phone.

The person u r on the phone witb can hear Everything in ur background very Loud and clear. Not sure really sure how the Noise Cancelation works.

Sound quality could be a bit better. It picks up a lot of background noise and others cannot hear me on phone calls. I guess it’s okay for listening to my audio books, but I’d not purchase again, Connectivity was good. Sound quality 6/10. Battery life very good.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, I USUALY HAD THE OTHER BEATS BUT THIS IS WELL, I DONT LIKE TOO MUCH THE AUDIO ES SAME THE OTHER ONES.

2 years later and these headphones are still in beefy good condition! Would buy again

I have purchased many Beats Headphones and many Apple AirPods, including the AirPod Pro. This BeatsFitPro is the best one yet. They don’t fall out from my ears. Great (same) quality as of the AirPods.

I just brought them and on my first day trying them, after few minutes my ear was hurting although the sounds is great. They're just not for my ears so I'm going to return them very soon

Nice, great for running I also own AirPod pro2 AirPod pro2 has edge on sound quality but it falls off the ear easily Beats has edge on not falling off when running

The sound is great, however; they should have additional ear plug sizes has it fits very loose.

Zero rating, I bought brand new item , box is in grey and pods are black. When I ask them how did they swapped , the store took my phone without telling me the reason why, went to Bluetooth settings , tried to connect the pods to check if I replaced the items and tried to blame me. Finally, when none of the items connected, they agreed to return. After this insult , it’s a permanent good bye to Best Buy. I don’t think that guy can dare to take any American woman’s phone without telling the reason or asking permission.

Great sound quality and the noise cancelling was too notch. Had to return because the tips were very uncomfortable.

Good sound when playing low music but when music was loud you would lose audio in one and/or both ear buds.

Sound is excellent. I run a lot and they never feel like they will fall out. For some reason Siri hears me just fine but when I talk on the phone people can’t. I can’t seem to figure it out.

Good try to be more comfortable than the over the ear beats but fall out and disconnect way to much. Returned and repurchased the over the ears ones. Way better in my opinion.

Great noise canceling and excellent sound. However, the volume levels are not adequate in my opinion. I’m not hard of hearing by any means and anything below mid volume and forget it, it’s too low. Quarter volume and nothing….returned and went back to Apple Pros. I have to say the volume seems a little low for the pros as well compared to my last set which were awesome. I would hate it for anyone with hearing issues. I’m sure some idiot somewhere blamed the volume levels on hearing loss and started a lawsuit, now we all suffer…no common sense!
