Hard to Keep In Ear

They become loose when I jog, or even at work and the sound changes quite a bit to less bass and flatter sound profile. Foam tips would solve this issue, but nothing is on the market at the time of writing.

A common manufacturer defect?

Even after the case and earbuds were fully charged and Beats app installed and updated. The app would show that it was charged but only the right earbud was able to connect to Bluetooth. Took them in to Geek Squad where they gave me a new replacement. Took it home to set it up again only to find out this pair had the same defect. I ended up returning it for a refund.

These are not the earbuds I was looking for...

However, I could not find a good/comfortable fit. Additionally, the touch controls are very sensitive, so every time I attempted to adjust the fit.... Product was returned.

I use them for calls, including work meetings, and music; for that they are excellent. I do not care about noise cancelling.
