Best Buy in Bellevue, WA is also trash; had to order these online even though I went into the store and they said there were several in stock but couldn’t find them. Trying to get these and then get them to work has been a time suck. I bill out at $50/hour; Best Buy owes me $150 minimum!

I only used them a few times and stored them. When I decided to use them again recently I realised that the right ear stopped working completely. All warranties have run out and now these are junk. This is very disapointing seeing how I was only able to use them a few times. Its not like it was constant use they literally have been sitting in their case all this time. If you spend $180 on headphones they should work longer than 2 years without any use. When I reached out to Apple it will cost $200 to fix. Thats more than I paid for them. I shop at Best Buy a lot but this has soured my experience. Don't buy these.
