    Horrible quality for an Apple owned product. Only one ear bud would connect to iPhone. Did research and appears to be common. Returned and went with another option.

    The earbuds hurt my ear after a short time period and they would fall out. Once I selected what I thought was the correct earbuds size they just weren’t comfortable. I think they need to include extra small for those with ear canals that are small.

    Right ear piece kept coming out and dropping to the floor. Left one was staying in place really well.

    These are GREAT! But they will fall out easily. I have not worn this outside because about every 15 minutes they fall out of my ears. The cost is too much to lose. I will have to return them, but this product is great!

    Even when noise canceling is on it doesn't do it. If you move to much or do any bending the beats will completely fall out. If you talk to a person whom also has beats you have to turn down the volume otherwise there is an echo.

    After you have them on for more than an hour or so, the left one constantly loses connection for about 3-5 seconds every 30 seconds or so. Plus, they hurt my ears. I constantly have to adjust them. I have tried all x3 ear pieces
