These aare my dedicated workout headphones. Used 5 days a week for a few hours daily. And then for outside extra runs and stuff. I love the noise cancelling and the winglets allow for me to wear them wothout needing any adjustment. Im in the Apple universe so they automatically connect to all my devices. Super convenient and the aound quality is typical Beats. I love my Beats!

Defective

Every time I would take the earbuds out of the case, they would disconnect from the bluetooth. Tried factory resetting the earbuds and updating my phone. Called customer service and they suggest to exchange them. Once I did the new pair work perfectly.
