Great product, bought for my wife and she had them stolen within a week. Be nice to get that reward for posting review.

Really nice except one ear fits wrong and causes an abrasion. So sometimes I have to leave it out to heal.

This is one of the worst product that I've bought as the communication has been dropping intermittently. People are having trouble hearing a full word because of the lapses.

Just ok to me. No wireless charging and thought ANC was not as good as the ipod pros.

Make sure you go know how to use the warranty and insurance other than that great product awesome

Excellent sound but found these uncomfortable in ear. The item has been returned.

They headset is good then only thing I don’t like is the case is just too bulky

Not as good as the Jabra Elite 7 Actives I used in the past. Frequent connection issues, bad mic sound quality on zoom calls that amplifies all the outside sounds and makes it difficult to understand you, ANC is only partially effective.

Bought them as a gift for Christmas. The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.

Works and fix good. My second pair and it only gets better with time.

Bought them for my boyfriend who lost one of the earbuds and he loves them!

They seem to work fine. Battery wont last that long. I guess it could becasue i use them wuite alot durong the day.

They work really good and I recommend this item.I would buy these again if I lose or break the ones I got now

I had these earbuds for one week and the left one started to become filled with static after about five minutes of use regardless of whether I was using my iTunes audible for my audiobook, etc. fit is OK but nothing special. I should have just spent the extra money for some AirPod pros. I do not recommend this product.

It is a quality product but it was not a good fit for me.

Overall love these headphones. I only wish they had a little better noise cancellation and sound quality

Great sound perfect noise cancellation head phones. However I did have to get use to the headphones and did have light amount of pain/discomfort when first using the headphones. The piece on the top that is designated to hold the ear bud in place would push on my ear and cause it to be sore. Smaller ears may have more difficulty with this
