Ear tabs that hold these in place are too hard. It causes discomfort.

Great product. I wish there were more adjustable ear pieces however.

I bought these headphones 1/24. I only used them a few times and stored them. When I decided to use them again recently I realised that the right ear stopped working completely. All warranties have run out and now these are junk. This is very disapointing seeing how I was only able to use them a few times. Its not like it was constant use they literally have been sitting in their case all this time. If you spend $180 on headphones they should work longer than 2 years without any use. When I reached out to Apple it will cost $200 to fix. Thats more than I paid for them. I shop at Best Buy a lot but this has soured my experience. Don't buy these.

They work well and worth the money. Would buy again.

Good product, i would recommend to anyone looking for a switch.

Left earbud won’t connect even after scouring the internet for a fix. Best Buy in Bellevue, WA is also trash; had to order these online even though I went into the store and they said there were several in stock but couldn’t find them. Trying to get these and then get them to work has been a time suck. I bill out at $50/hour; Best Buy owes me $150 minimum!

Will not charge, connect or reset to default. The were open box supposedly "Excellent" but they will not even pair

It’s well worth it didn’t even fall out at all while working out, At first didn’t know how to put them in my ear but at first cause they’re kept coming out of my ear but now I know how to put them the correct way now so give them a try for sure way better than airpods.

Do not buy from third party vendors I got a used item claim as new , let me repeat again do not buy from third party vendors on best buy app or website

There’s nothing to say about beats you either love them or hate them I love my pair

They work good, I don't have any complain other than I wish they could do magnetic charging.

It wasn’t a good fit for my ears. They are a great product.
