I returned my 1st pair because of the lack of connectivity. I returned my 2nd pair because of lack of connectivity and unstable performance

Ear tips are a big plus to hold them in and makes them feel more secure. Only down side is there is no volume control on the ear bud itself. Still a good fit for me.
