Beats are Junk - worse device I have ever purchased. Won't charge, won't connect, cannot upgrade firmware, Apple will not support. Suggest you buy another brand.

Dont buy these, so many defects do a quick search and you will see many dont have a working left earbud forcing you to return and try again. Such a bad product, cant believe apple would put this out in the world. The first headphone I have ever purchased that didnt work.

They look nice and sound fine. The sound quality itself is not good enough to justify the price. They do not fit very well and fall out just as much as any other ear bud. The app for android is extremely glitchy and is more for marketing than a tool for your device. Very disappointed in these

I like the Beat product line. I own a pair of Studio line. And they sound great. The fit pro was a bit more so i assumed they would sound better. Unfortunately they did not.

The sound quality was a joke. I can't believe they charge $200 for this. It’s a complete rip-off.

The beats are great!! But the service in odessa texas sucked!! Extremely disappointed trash service!!

I have had to take them in to get one of the ear wings fixed It took them 3 weeks to get back to me. The week after I got them back the other earring failed.

They always fall out. If you sweat alot i do not recommend!

No matter what size inserts I used with these headphones, they still hurt my ears. They create a lot of pressure and aren’t comfortable to wear for more than 20 minutes. I’m returning them today.

Terrible they fall out of your ears constantly prefer the AirPod pros a much better fit especially for those working out

The active noise cancelation is not what it should be. It's $200. Just get the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds.

Not good sound quality. Nobody seems to be able to hear me. Not a good investment.

After using about 5 times there was a horrible screeching, high pitched sound when I put in left pod. I have a bad left ear sensitive to loud sounds so not good. A product that goes in our ears should not have this issue - terrible.

Falls out of my ear alll the time. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Had high hopes for these, however they did not work right out of the package, 1 bud worked (right) and 1 didn’t, returning and moving on, poor execution on Beats side, no real instructions on how to get through the day without.

I hated these headphones so much that I return them and I don’t usually return things. They did not fit in my ear at all any kind of movement would force them to fall out, I tried all three sizes. I also did not care for the noise isolation, you really can’t tell the difference at all between that mode and the transparency mode. I when I recommend these to anyone.

Had the headphones for about 2 weeks and it’s muffling.

I don't know why people like these! The sound quality is poor at best, it has NO bass what's so ever and after only 3 days, one of them started to have a white noise, static sound that you can hear everytime the music stopped playing. Would never buy Beats again!
