Great listening experience, decent noise canceling, and very comfortable.

Great headphones! Excellent secure fit I have a active job so was always scared to use “earbuds” especially expensive ones that cotton fall out and get broken and lost. But they’re start in my ears all day with a tight fit. Some ear fatigue but that’s typically normal with this style earphones. Got them at good discount also

Great sound quality at first, but one side recently stopped working, and the top of the earbud detached. These have been kept in the case and handled carefully, so this shouldn’t happen. Very disappointing—especially since this seems to be a known issue Apple is aware of.

I like this item. I had to return the first pair I purchased due to a charging issue with the right earbud. I will suggest when you purchase this item that you ensure you know and understand Best Buy's return/replacement policy. Regarding the product itself, I am not the biggest fan of Beats as their product works with Andriod yet you may not have all the features you may have with Apple products. As far as performance while in the gym they do stay in my ears while doing vigorous exercises such as running and jumping ropes. I have not tested them in rain outside of sweat and that did not change how they performed. Battery life is decent not the best compared to my Google Buds Pro.

Difficult to place in ear if already on a call becauae you hit the button that anawers or cancels a call. Also, doesn't stay in the ear very well regardless of which tip size used. Has good sound quality.

I had my first set and they lasted two years. This is my second set and they only lasted a year. It cuts out constantly, its got random static, it drives me crazy. Its crazy that $200 earbuds only last a year. Im not buying them again for a 50/50 shot.

Best in-ear headphones out there! I took up running (30 miles a week) and the headphones stay in place. Definitely running my first half marathon listening to music on these bad boys.

Base is good and earbuds don’t fall off while working out so they’re doing their job well. Only is issue is that after prolonged use they do start to hurt the part of the ear the wingtip holds on to. Aside from that they’re a solid pair of earbuds.
