On second pair - both have buzzing sound in left earbud. Returning this second pair and likely won’t be trying again. There’s a lot of reports of the same issue on Reddit and forums. Case is best described as flimsy, fragile, and slippery. Not at all near the quality you’d expect from Apple.

i use these during my workout. they don’t stay in well and i would not say that noise cancellation is a real feature for these.

Beats by Dr Dre fits pro true noise cancelling is everythign they say they are

I had some Galaxy buds pro prior to these, and I wish I would have stayed with them.

I like only part is the notification are really low when they are being announced

The Beats Fit Pro are pretty awesome. They look good, and sound even better. The sound is powerful and immersive. Noise cancelling is good. The spatial audio is a neat feature that uses dynamic head tracking to adjust the sound as you move around, adding to the immersion. The earbuds are easy to put into your ears. They are way more comfortable than my Bose QuietComfort earbuds. They sit snuggly in my ears and they have flexible wingtips that keep them from falling out of your ears, even with lots of activity. I was able to wear them for several hours without making my ears sore. The Beats Fit Pro paired quickly with my Apple iPhone XR when the case was opened. There is an animation that pops up at the bottom of the phone through the pairing process. They integrate well with the iPhone iOS that make it easy to make adjustments and check the remaining battery levels. The earbuds come in a pocket-sized case that is used to store and charge the earbuds. There is a short USB-C cable for charging. I believe that it is the same charging cable that it is used on the newer iPhones and iPads. I did not have a USB-C charger, so I purchased one that I will use for charging. Once depleted, the earbuds charge quickly through the case. The earbuds lasted about six hours after fully charged. I have used them a few times for phone calls. The calls were clear, and people had no problem hearing or understanding me on the other end. I had been looking at the Apple AirPods Pro for a while before getting the Beats Fit Pro. Not any more, the Beats Fit Pro fit my needs in every way…sound great, excellent noise cancelling, and comfortable. Highly recommended!! Get them. You will not be disappointed.

These earbuds are supposed to be new but I’ve watched every YouTube video possible and cannot get the left earbud to work. The left earbud also will not hold a charge well when checking the charge on my iPhone. I’ll definitely be sending these back.

These buds are wonderful. They provide great ear comfort and quality sound.

The sound on these earbuds are unparalleled to any I have owned before. BUT… I ended up returning these after one day because the ear tips hurt so much. I couldn’t keep them in for more than 5 mins without my ears aching. Overall, they’re good but only if you have the proper ears to fit it

It was good but I return the item because it does not have EQ on android, and I wanted a piece of apple on android devices, but found out that it doesn’t have a EQ in it, so I returned it good sound quality, but missing features. Apple can do better than that. 

[Employee of bestbuy] I exchanged my first pair for being defective, neither side would connect, could have been a fluke… but then the second pair have the same issue!! Ran through ALL tge troubleshooting steps on both pairs. Earbuds were fully charged. Reset my iphone. Then i came across a reddit post where lots of people also have this same issue. It is really disappointing how apple has done nothing to improve the beats line. Mind you I REALLY wanted these to work as i find the airpods wildly uncomfortable.

Requires a usb type c to charge, unlike any of the previous beats headphones. So to charge my apple made headphones I now need a separate charger than my apple made phone. Oh and a useless 4inch cord with no adapter is included, thanks... Also there’s no volume control like my beats headphones from 3 years ago, not sure why we’d ditch that feature. I guess it just costs more to get less now?
