Don't waste your money

I googled this and found many people had this same issue and the same tear. (there is a discussion thread on the apple support page that people have posted pictures of the same tear that i have)

Waste of money

My son hate then, and I thought he was being dramatic, so I took them. And I agree! There uncomfortable and painful after an hour. Next time staying with Bose or Apple AirPods.

Ear buds very poor quality for the price and they broke in less than 6 months. Does not work well with android products. Could not even update the earbuds. I will never buy a beats product again!

Out of the box, the left side didn't work, but it's past the return internal (item was a gift that was opened > 14 days later) so we have to attempt warranty support.

Garbage headphones

Other situations is I can't return on best buy or Apple store. On Apple just received to send to they fixed that's the warranty that I pay. And i wanna my money back.
