Although after 15 minutes they hurt a little. If you sweat a lot they will fall out. I use my airpods to work out with and these for casual walking with my dog.

The call quality was decent as well. My only issue was the touch sensitivity. Any suttle touch or brush up against the side would make cause a change in play or drop call.

Perfect for running and working out

This includes Lifting in the gym and my longest run with them so far being 14miles. No issue with them slipping from sweating.
