I can run in them and do any other kind of activity without worrying that they're going to fall out of my ears. They sound good and they connect well with my phone or iPad when I put them in. They go a long way on a charge, too, and don't take long to fully charge. My slight beef is talking to friends on the phone--you need to be in a quiet place because the person on the other end hears EVERYTHING around you.
